A furnace that's undersized will run constantly and still leave rooms cold. One that's oversized will blast, shut off, and blast again — burning fuel, wearing itself out, and never quite balancing the house. The same logic applies to air conditioning, where an oversized unit cools the air fast but never runs long enough to pull the humidity out. Getting the sizing right is the single biggest thing separating a system you forget about from one you fight with for fifteen years, and it's where we spend our time before we ever quote a job.

We install and service gas and propane furnaces, central air conditioning, air handlers, ductless split systems, and Mitsubishi heat pumps. Ductless is worth a conversation if you've got a finished attic, an addition, a garage workshop, or an old farmhouse where running ductwork isn't realistic — it gives you both heating and cooling from one compact system. Whatever you end up with, we'll be the ones servicing it afterward, which is a decent incentive for us to install it correctly the first time.
