Seasonal Tune-Ups

Fall furnace tune-ups and spring AC service, timed so problems surface in October instead of during the first hard freeze. We clean, inspect, test, and check the components that fail most often — filters, coils, burners, flame sensors, refrigerant levels, blower motors, and electrical connections. It's the least expensive appointment we run and the one that saves the most money.

Why It Matters

Maintained systems use less fuel, last longer, and break down far less often. Most manufacturer warranties also require documented annual service — meaning skipping it can quietly void the coverage you paid for, including the 12-year Comfort-Aire warranty. An hour of maintenance is cheaper than an emergency call, and considerably cheaper than an early replacement.

What We Cover

We maintain furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, ductless splits, water heaters, and tankless units. If we're already in your basement for a furnace tune-up, we'll take a look at the rest while we're there. Anything we find gets explained with a cost attached — you decide what happens next, and we don't invent problems.

The Appointment That Prevents the Emergency

Almost every no-heat call we run in January traces back to something that would have been visible in October. A flame sensor coated in residue. A filter that hasn't been changed in two years, starving the system for air. A cracked belt, a failing capacitor, a blower motor that's been getting louder for months. None of those are expensive to address when they're found early. All of them are expensive at 11 p.m. on a holiday weekend, and that's when they tend to surface — because that's when the system is working hardest.

A preventative maintenance visit takes about an hour and covers the components that actually fail. We'll clean what needs cleaning, test what needs testing, replace what's worn, and give you an honest read on how much life your equipment has left. If your system is nearing the end, you'll hear it from us with enough lead time to plan a replacement on your schedule and your budget — instead of making that decision in a cold house with no good options. Seasonal service is available across Livingston, Wyoming, Genesee, and Monroe Counties.
